Who we are

The data controller for this website is Inspark, headquartered in Istanbul, Türkiye, operating the BuyClickUp service for clients in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, and elsewhere. You can reach us about anything in this policy at the contact address at the end.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site:

• Contact form data: name, work email, company, phone, country, estimated budget, interest, preferred language, and any comments you write.
• Consent records: whether and when you ticked the contact-consent checkbox.
• Technical data: standard server logs and, if enabled, privacy-conscious analytics (pages visited, approximate region, device type). We do not sell this data.

How we use your data

We use contact form data to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and deliver services you request. With your consent, we also send follow-up communications about ClickUp services relevant to your enquiry — including automated emails from an AI assistant, which are always clearly sent on our behalf and always answerable by a human.

We do not use your data for unrelated advertising, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

Legal bases and regional laws

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (for marketing communications), the steps needed to respond to your request or enter a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website.

We aim to meet the requirements of the data protection laws of the markets we serve, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, PDPL), Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016, PDPPL), and Kuwait's Data Privacy Protection Regulation issued by CITRA (DPPR). Common to all three — and to our practice — are: consent before direct marketing, a working opt-out, purpose limitation, and reasonable security measures.

Marketing consent and opt-out

We only send marketing and follow-up emails if you ticked the consent box on our form. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can also withdraw consent at any time by emailing us — withdrawal stops future communications but does not affect processing that already lawfully happened.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of processors to run this service, under contracts that restrict them to our instructions:

• Salesforce (including Account Engagement / Pardot) — to store enquiries and send consent-based communications.
• Our hosting provider (e.g., Vercel) — to serve this website and process server logs.
• Analytics providers, if enabled — configured without advertising features.

International transfers and retention

Because we operate from Türkiye and use international cloud providers, your data may be processed outside your country, including in the EU and the US, with contractual safeguards in place. We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable business period afterwards, then delete or anonymize it. Consent records are kept as long as the law requires us to prove consent.

Your rights

Subject to the law applicable to you (including the UAE PDPL, Qatar PDPPL, and Kuwait DPPR), you can ask us to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. We respond to verified requests without undue delay. If you believe we have not resolved your concern, you may also complain to the data protection authority applicable in your country.
